At The Crazie Store, we take pride in the quality and care behind every product we create. Each tumbler and journal is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards.

No Returns Policy

Please note that we do not accept product returns once an order has been shipped and received. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, as well as the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@thecraziestore.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to cancel it if processing or shipping has begun.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
