Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 8 to 10 business days. (This timeframe does not include shipping duration.) Most items are made to order, and many are handcrafted, ensuring you receive only the best quality products while maintaining secure packaging.

Quality takes time, and as a one-woman operation, I genuinely appreciate your patience and support!

Once your order is shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Tracking details, including the carrier and tracking number, will be provided via email. For any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. I am not liable for lost packages.

All orders are shipped through Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, size, and Australia Post rates.

Please double-check your address before placing your order. I cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to me because of an address error, no shipping refund will be issued. If you wish to have the package re-shipped, you will need to cover the re-shipping cost.

I am not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once the package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver it to you. If any issues occur, please file a claim with the carrier before reaching out to me.

I take great care in packaging your order to minimise the risk of damage during shipping. However, I cannot be responsible for damage caused during transit.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email or mobile number provided at checkout once your order is ready for shipping. If you don't see the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
